Who is Mariline?

I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (ACC) with advanced coach studies through Emory University’s Goizueta Business School Executive Education. My coaching certification focuses on leadership development, career transition, and helping individuals navigate change with confidence and clarity. I hold an undergraduate degree from the esteemed South Carolina State University, an HBCU, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science with an emphasis on Business Studies. I also completed my Master’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Webster University.

In addition to my private coaching practice, I’ve served as a Principal Consultant and Leadership & Career Coach for Fortune 500 and Fortune 50 companies. I’ve partnered with management and executive teams to design and deliver leadership development programs, support career transitions, and empower professionals to navigate complex career paths with courage.
